Thank you for choosing [GirlYogaMall] (hereinafter referred to as “we”). To ensure a transparent shopping experience, please read this policy carefully before placing an order. We currently do not support returns, exchanges or refunds, except in the following circumstances:

Customized products (such as personalized embroidery, special size customization, etc.).

Final clearance/special offer items (clearly marked “Non-returnable and non-exchangeable” on the page).

Hygiene related products (such as yoga bras, socks and other close-fitting clothes).

  1. Handling of exceptional cases

If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (contact@girlyogamall.com) within 48 hours after signing and provide evidence (photo/video) and we will negotiate a solution for you:

✅ Serious quality problems (such as unwinding, breakage, obvious workmanship defect).

✅ sent the wrong product (which is completely inconsistent with the description in the order).

Inspection obligation: Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. For problematic items, the Courier must be present to witness and sign for confirmation.

Save the voucher: Orders without a complete unboxing video or problem proof will not be accepted.

The exception clause of this policy does not apply due to the customer’s subjective reasons (such as incorrect size selection, dislike of color, etc.).
